A European retailer with stores around the globe, needed to conduct research on consumer, digital and technological trends for a new store experience.

We started with desktop and user research. After mapping insights to opportunities, we conducted a co-creation session to further developed the ideas.
Before the digital roadmap recommendations, we validated the feasibility of the solutions with existing technology and vendors.
Upon completion of the project we handed in a short-term and long-term digital transformation plan including five demos, visualizing the store experience and key functionality of the recommendations.
